Q.  What custom design elements are included in the Entrepreneur package?

A.  All Entrepreneur website designs include a header, top navigation menu, main content area and one or two sidebars (the header, top menu and sidebars are optional — if you don’t want one of these elements, we can design without it).   The header can be comprised of photographs, images and your business logo if you wish.   Please watch the video on the Entrepreneur demo site to learn more about the design options for these elements.

Q.  Can I get a Flash header?

A.  We can design and install a Flash header (featuring moving images, video and/or sound) for your site, at additional charge.  Please schedule a free telephone consultation so that we can discuss your ideas and provide a quote.

Q.  What colors can I choose from for my site design?

A.  Your personal web designer can design your website in any colors you like.  We’ll ask you to provide examples of the colors you use in your business branding and we’ll ask for any other color preferences you may have when you fill out your web design questionnaire.

Q. When you’re done my web design and content management system installation, how do I launch the site?

A. We will send you your website’s dashboard login information so that you can add webpage content (your written copy and images) to your site. Our step-by-step video tutorials make this a breeze — you will love having the power to add and change your site’s content at the drop of a hat. You can easily change the default page names or even add more pages if needed, again with step-by-step videos guiding you. If you like, drag and drop widgets into your sidebar too! Then, tell us when you are ready for your website to “go live” and we will take down the “Coming Soon” page — your new site is launched!

Q.  What if I’m not happy with the website design?

A.  Your personal web designer will work with you one-on-one, through email or over the phone, through three design revisions to make sure that the design we create for your site reflects your business personality perfectly.  And to make sure you’re satisfied, we offer a no-hassle, no-excuses full 60 day money back guarantee!

Q.  Can I host my website somewhere else?

A.  In order to ensure that your hosting meets our technical and quality requirements the software that runs your website, we only design and develop websites for customers who will be  hosting their websites with us.  This is why web hosting is a built-in part of the Entrepreneur package.

Q.  What if I want to move to a different web server later?

A.  After we install your site, if you decide you’d like to move your site to a different web hosting provider you are free to do so.  Please keep in mind that if you cancel your hosting package you will no longer have access to the Simply Brilliant Solutions member area (containing the video tutorials and other training materials and bonuses) and our money back guarantee offer will no longer apply.

Q. I don’t want to pay by PayPal. Can I pay by credit card or check?

A. Even though it is possible to use your credit card to pay by PayPal, some of our customers prefer other payment options. If you would prefer to pay directly with your credit card or by check, just let us know and we will create an invoice that you can pay online or by mail. Hosting fees are billed on a quarterly basis, in advance, for customers choosing this option.
