SportsMindTraining.com was created as a Joomla redesign of an existing site for a client who frequently updates, edits, and adds content to his site. He now has the freedom to change his content on the fly from anywhere that has an Internet connection. Transcription Net

This is a paid membership site that utilizes a commercial Joomla! component to manage recurring PayPal subscriptions. Users are taken through a registration process that leads them to PayPal's site. PayPal communicates with the Transcription Net server via IPN and the user's site registration is automatically upgraded to paid membership.

Substantial content is imported from other sites' RSS feeds. Each RSS item in a defined feed is turned into a Joomla content item. This makes it possible to import a great deal of timely content into the content management system (CMS) daily with little effort.

We installed a Simple Machines Forum board, events calendar, guestbook, and photo gallery. RSS feeds are used to provide fresh content and interest. CSS ties the site together with a unified look and feel based on a customized template enhanced by a Flash header.
